Statistics, software, and simple tools.
I’m Felix, an HKU student building thoughtful digital experiences with a focus on clarity, usefulness, and clean design.
Current Focus
Building lighter, cleaner tools and learning through real projects rather than decorative techno-fog.
About
A short introduction, minus the ceremonial corporate incense.
I’m a student at HKU interested in software, thoughtful interfaces, and building useful tools that feel simple and well made. I like work that is clear, practical, and quietly polished rather than overloaded for the sake of looking impressive.
My background spans statistics and computer science, and I’m increasingly focused on the intersection of data, design, and real-world usability. I believe the best tools are the ones you don’t have to think about.
Featured Project
A single project, presented properly, beats a graveyard of half-explained cards.
Markdown Flow
Markdown Flow was built around a simple idea: Markdown tools should feel lightweight, focused, and pleasant to use. Instead of adding noise, the goal is to create a cleaner local editing and reading experience with an emphasis on simplicity and design restraint.
Now
What I’m currently paying attention to.
- Designing tools that stay simple instead of mutating into feature monsters
- Improving software and product thinking through real project work
- Exploring cleaner workflows for personal and open-source development
- Learning how clarity in design can make technology feel more human
